He holds of degree in Accounting from University Of  STIE  (Jakarta) as well as Master’s Degree in International Business Studies from Prasetya Mulya School of Management.   Zenik has worked experience in Finance & Accounting Management for various foreign companies.

He is responsible for the continued research and development as well as maintenance of the Group's HRIS. He brought with him more than 15 years of Research & Development experience covering 4GLs, Object Oriented Development Tools, Web Development and RDBMS.

Some of his past accomplishments prior to joining the MBP Skill Indonesia include developing GIS Analysis System for a power plant company to manage their power plants, banking system, Hospital System and Security System and the 1st Indonesia to have developed a Y2K Inventory and Scanning Tool for analyzing Informix 4GL applications.

Hermawan Arifin
HR Consultant

Hermawan Arifin is a HR Consultant for Non Mining at MBP Skill Indonesia, where he is gaining overall exposure to human capital management consulting. He is responsible for client outreach and client communications, and for ensuring that our clients’ needs are met throughout all phases of their needs assessments and engagements. Additionally, Hermawan is an extremely strong writer and is responsible for much of the contracts, marketing, and public relations materials that we produce on a regular basis.
