1.Bachelor degree (S1) in Engineering & Management
2.Min 3 years experiences in the same position, Head Hunter or Outsorcing
3.Able to use computer (Ms.Office,internet)
4.Good interpersonal skill, able to work individually and team
5.Have a wide network and easily adapt to high pressure
6.Good English in both oral and writing
