Arief Purnomo is Director of MBP Skill Indonesia. He has completed the S1 degree majoring in Technical Industry and continues his further education in John Luther Institute of Management in Singapore majoring in S2 (Marketing Management).

He has more than 20 years experience in Information Technology and Human Capital Management Systems, of which 15 years is at Senior Management level. He is specialised in areas of Strategic HR Management and Best Practices. As the Group CEO, he undertakes the main responsibility in providing direction and leadership towards the achievement of the Group’s philosophy, mission, strategy and strategic goals with the objective of creating value to all stakeholders

Muhamad Nur
F & A Manager

Muhamad Nur is Manager Finance/Accounting of MBP Skill Indonesia. He has completed the S1 degree majoring in Economic & Development Study from Padjadjaran University (Unpad) Bandung.

He has more than 10 years experience in Finance/Accounting area, of which 4 years is at Senior Management level. He is specialized in areas of Finance, Accounting & Tax. He undertakes the main responsibility in budget planning, accounting report & many areas of tax. According to his educational background, he is familiar to macro & micro economics knowledge too.

Asimilya Sarwiastuti
Sr.HR Consultant

Ms Asimilya Sarwiastuti is HR Consultant of PT MBP Skill Indonesia. She is obtained his S1 Degree majoring in Psychology in University of Persada Indonesia YAI, Jakarta, in 1993.

She has 7+ years experiences in both (direct) project experience and general operations of Human Resources . Asimilya involved in hospital, manufacture and advertising company . As a HR Consultant, she is responsible to Recruitment & Placement starting from prepare manpower planning, source candidates, interview and conduct internal test, coordinate with clients for selection assessment and process job evaluation by user.

Ayuningtyas Pusparani
HR Consultant

Ms Ayuningtyas Pusparani is the HR Consultant for PT MBP Skill Indonesia. She has completed her S1 (Bachelor degree) majoring in Psychology at the University of Persada Indonesia (YAI), Jakarta in the year 2006. Prior to joining PT MBP SKILL INDONESIA in the year 2008, she has worked for the Manufacturing and Telecommunication Industry.

As a HR Consultant, Ms Ayu is responsible for providing HR Services to all our clients, for recruitment process and placement consulting. She starts all the way from sourcing candidates, selection of resumes based on qualification and costumer requirements, conduct interview and prepare candidate profile to be delivered to the client for their review.

She is also involved in the arrangements regarding the schedule for client interview, conduct psychological test whenever required and prepare for the psychological test result.
